What we work on

Using a wholistic approach to trauma recovery, I provide a supportive presence in a judgment-free space where you can comfortably go inward and unpack your life. We will work together to reconnect mind, body and spirit using modalities such as inner child work, parts work, somatic awareness and compassionate query.

Emotional Dysregulation

As you journey into self-exploration, you will begin to learn more about yourself and what makes your tick. You will also learn the importance of emotions, how they serve you, and how best to process the ‘not so desirable’ emotions when they arrive on the scene.

Relational Issues

The very nature of your trauma is relational. You will learn about the attachment style you’ve adopted to survive, how it’s affecting your current relationships, and ways to revamp your approach to relationships to yield healthy connections with others.

Stuck Feeling

With my guidance, you will identify patterns of behavior that are keeping you stuck in life. With time and consistency, you will replace those self-sabotaging behaviors with strategies that yield winning results.

Triggers

Triggers are an inevitable part of a trauma survivor’s lived experience. Most times, we have trauma responses that can be detrimental to our well-being. As you gain a better understanding of triggers, your perspective will change which will subsequently alter the way you react to them.

Identity issues

Trauma causes fragmentation in ways that we lose our sense of self and our purpose in life. On your journey to healing and self-discovery, the fragmented parts of your being will begin to reintegrate, leading to a feeling of wholeness and a deeper level of self-awareness.

Negative self view

Your experience with trauma may have left you with feelings of low self-esteem and self-worth. You may be experiencing anxiety and/or depression. Together, we will uncover negative beliefs that created distortions in your self view and replace them with empowering core beliefs.

Self-discovery package

12 sessions-$1020

60-minute weekly 1:1 coaching sessions

This package is ideal if you are at the beginning stages of recovery and need help navigating your experiences. You will complete an initial assessment and determine your recovery goals. This will set the pace for your self-exploration journey. You will also receive weekly custom-tailored homework suited to meet to your goals.

Resilience package

8 sessions-$700

Don’t need the full 12 session package? 8 sessions might be right for you if you’re already on your path to recovery. You will receive weekly custom-tailored homework suited to meet to your goals.

Compassion package

4 sessions -$370

Are you on the fence and not quite ready to commit? 4 sessions will paint a clear picture of what trauma recovery looks like. You will receive weekly custom-tailored homework suited to meet to your goals.

Self-love maintenance

1 session— $95

This option is ideal if you are already on the path to recovery and are seeking a safe space to discuss current personal struggles. As trauma survivors, there are times when we might need a little support from a coach.
